How long have you been snowboarding? How and why did you start?
I started because my brother has always liked skate and snow, and he instilled it in me. I skate since I was 13 years old and as a result of that a friend told me to go up to the mountains on weekends, it motivated me, and from there I started to work and earn money while I study to be able to go up to practice snowboarding.
What does snowboarding mean to you?
It is a way to disconnect from the routine, from what I do day by day. It is something that motivates me, I like it.
What discipline of snowboarding do you like the most?
What I like the most is the street snowboarding, it’s very original, creative and it’s related to the skate. If I’m in the mountains, I’m usually in the park, and I usually move on the street with Pablo Infantes and Oscar Valencia.
How was your last season (2019/2020)? What would you highlight?
Well the truth is that this season has had its good and bad things.
Starting with the bad, apart from the fact that it has been a short season, I suffered some minor injuries that have stopped me for a few weeks.
Looking on the bright side, in the time that I was fine between injuries I was able to join my band “FROM THE TRUNK” to move around the Pyrenees to continue recording for our first video. Also this year I signed with two brands (Protest and Giro), which makes snowboarding less expensive for me.
What plans do you have for the next season (2020/2021)?
Next year I want to continue recording with my friends for our second video and to move around as much as our pockets allow. Always trying to improve what we have already done.
